Carlye Watson is a leadership coach, facilitator, and recovering perfectionist who believes the world changes from the inside out. For over fifteen years, she’s partnered with purpose-driven leaders and organizations – from the United Nations to local non-profits – to help them align who they are with the impact they want to have. She’s designed everything from strategic planning processes to teambuilding interventions in places spanning New York to Thailand. Carlye holds two Master’s degrees, is certified in both coaching and Red Team facilitation, and is as awkward with small talk as she is passionate about deep conversation.
