Amy is an American Canadian music educator and cultural researcher with expertise as an ethnomusicologist and genealogist. What can we celebrate about our own past\, no matter who we are? \nGabriella Brand is an educator\, author\, linguist\, and counselor.  Her writing appears in The Christian Science Monitor\, the Globe and Mail\, and in over fifty literary publications.  She teaches languages and writing in the OLLI program at the University of Connecticut.  A lay leader in the Unitarian tradition\, Gabriella lives in Connecticut with her husband\, the Reverend Douglas Peary. \nDIRECTIONS: In the town of Stanstead\, use the little border crossing (NOT Highway 55). Cette rencontre rend hommage aux femmes\, piliers de la société matrilinéaire des Kanienke’ha’ka\, Peuple de l’Étincelle\, fondateurs de la Confédération des Cinq Nations iroquoises. Il sera aussi question de la tradition du cercle qui permet de remarquables guérisons tant individuelles que dans la communauté.
