DESCRIPTION:On March 17th\, St. Patrick’s Day\, we will look at the symbolism of the rainbow in Irish lore\, but also the rainbow in the context of history\, spirituality\, and science\, such as the rainbow prism\, colors in our environment\, the rainbow-colored chakra or energy center system explored in our recent yoga services\, and even the connection with “eating a rainbow” of colorful plant foods containing powerful phytochemicals and nutrients.  Let’s explore how science and spirituality have more in common than we might think! \n~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ \nLe 17 mars\, jour de la Saint-Patrick\, nous examinerons le symbolisme de l’arc-en-ciel dans la tradition irlandaise\, mais aussi l’arc-en-ciel dans le contexte de l’histoire\, de la spiritualité et de la science\, comme le prisme arc-en-ciel\, les couleurs de notre environnement\, l’arc-en-ciel. – chakra coloré ou système de centre énergétique exploré dans nos récents services de yoga\, et même le lien avec « manger un arc-en-ciel » d’aliments végétaux colorés contenant de puissants composés phytochimiques et nutriments. Explorons comment la science et la spiritualité ont plus en commun qu’on pourrait le penser !
