All are welcome.(la version française suit) \nJanuary\, in the Northern Hemisphere\, has been considered by some experts to be known as “the most depressing month of the year.” Together\, we will explore the impact of certain times of the year on our spiritual and emotional well-being by exploring inspiration from the book\, “The Emotional Calendar: Understanding seasonal influences and milestones to become happier\, more fulfilled\, and in control of your life” by Dr. John R. Sharp. As we approach February 1st\, which is the early springtime agricultural holiday known as Imbolc or St. Brigid’s Day\, we take a look at how the dark and cold winter months here can be fertile ground for all of the beautiful things that we would like to sow\, sprout\, and reap in the future months to come.  \n29 janvier\, Service du dimanche\, 10 h 30 : « Le calendrier émotionnel »\, avec Amy Panetta \nCe service est en personne (en bas).
