Drawing on Indigenous teachings\, historical truth\, inspired insights\,  Amy Panetta\, Lay Service Leader\, traces Canada’s colonial past alongside the enduring resilience of Indigenous nations. From the Two Row Wampum to the Truth and Reconciliation Commission\, we explore how gratitude and justice intertwine\, welcoming us to remember that Thanksgiving on Abenaki land includes honoring both the harvest and the healing still underway. \nIf you are interested\, feel free to bring a dish that features one or more of the three sisters: corn\, beans\, and squash to contribute to our coffee hour after the service! \n~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ \nCe dimanche\, nous vous invitons à considérer la gratitude non seulement comme une émotion\, mais aussi comme une relation sacrée\, qui nous appelle à la réciprocité et à la responsabilité.
